They have two healers, though. That might discourage someone, right? Because they could just heal whatever injuries they get from an attack before they're... erased.
They may not go for the healers. If everyone is passed out in that way again, they might go for the more offensive abilities because they won't have a way to recover.
[What can you really realistically say, when it comes to this? It's not as though they can predict who's going to be targeted next. "Be careful" doesn't cut it.]

They wouldn't have to, no. Along with that, they've said if you're the last member standing of your team, you are also immediately erased.
