What kind of tasks can you use it for?

It had a wide range of applications. But I usually use it for dealing with bad actors, and finding where they're hiding.

What kind of "bad actors" do you go after? Are they like... criminals?

Essentially. They're people who steal from others, or cause other problems for people who are just trying to get through their day.
