... I don't think I really understand sports, though...

[Immediately puts their shoulders together.]

I'm never going to understand sports if this is how they work.

How did your event go? You went canoeing, right?

We managed to finish. There was confetti. I never want to be in another boat.

Which did you do? The long jump?

[saillune]

Yeah! With the poles and the gorilla!

[factoring]

There was a gorilla over there?

[She missed so much when she was fighting not to drown.]

Yeah! Like... a shadow-gorilla?

It tried to kidnap me, which is kind of cliched... but maybe it was just part of the event?

[factoring]

King Kong is part of pop culture... I think everything was part of the event. There were a bunch of rainbow frogs near the end for us.

[saillune]

[she's about to ask about King Kong, but]

Ah!! That frog from last week was there, too!

[factoring]

The same frog? It was with you?

Well... I guess I can't say for sure that it was the same one...

[Frogs kinda look like other frogs? Sorry Gerard.]

It was in the swim race!

[factoring]

They had a collection of rainbow frogs by the end.

[She does remember them.]

I wonder if they really are harmless...

[factoring]

They didn't attack us. It looked more like they were swimming with Haru.

[saillune]

I guess I can't blame them... Haru looks really inspiring when he's swimming.

[factoring]

It does look like his element. He probably had fun during all this.

I'm glad he got a chance to show off his strength!

I was kind of winging it, for my whole event...

Same here. I've only been on the gondolas a few times over the past two days.

Canoeing is very different.

Really? I don't know very much about boats, either, to be honest...

[factoring]

I've learned I'm not a boat person.

The gondolas really only need one person to row. Canoes are a team effort.

[saillune]

Oh... I guess it is hard to get in sync with someone else, especially if you're not experienced.

[factoring]

It's over for now, at least.

[Never again, canoes.]
