You said you went to Mister Fukuzawa's detective agency? Or... something like it?

I guess I wanted to know about that...

Yes, I think we were his employees? I picked up a piece of paper with the words "Thou Shalt Not Die" and received an ability. I could heal people there, but the conditions were somewhat inconvenient.

Oh! Right, he mentioned that the people in his agency had special powers...

What kind of conditions were they?

People had to be at least half dead before it worked. Healing Aura is much more convenient.

Yes, I healed everybody before we came through. For whatever reason it only seemed to fully stay for me.

Apparently they're raiding Fukuzawa's agency a few times a year? I'm not sure what that's about.

Somehow they aren't dissuaded, though I think they may simply be stubborn. Apparently it's to annoy him, and I'd guess it's somewhat successful.
